Almost 6 weeks

Isabelle is 8lbs 9oz and Carter is 6lbs 13oz. For now, we are cleared of weight checks! Isabelle is off the 22 calorie formula as she moved up another 20% on the weight chart! Carter is holding steady at 3%. Hoping he continues making gains and maybe jumps up like his big sis.
